I have to figure out a way to get this apartment to fix my bathroom ceiling. This leak is from last month but it has been leaking the entire 3+ years that I have been here. Clearly there is mold there but they cant seem to find the leak. I have spoken to the onsite managers and the management company, now it is time to call the owners in New York! I havent paid them their rent for last month (sitting in the bank in escrow) but they were supposed to be here weeks ago to fix it and still havent. I need legal help or some kind of tv exposure or something to get a fire lit under them but this is ridiculous! BOOOOOOO KENTUCKY TOWERS! So disappointed in you!!!!!
