I have to give a huge shout out and thank you to Timothy Filippini. He is the man who helps me get everything ready for football. After spending 3 hours last night watching film and talking football at our coaches meeting, I went home and spent another 2 hours going over things and plays trying to put our team in its best position to win. When Im done I send over all my notes, scribbles, and emails to Tim and he sets up our playbook, wristbands for the players and laminated plays for me, color coated and separated all nice to help me with my OCD. LoL. Its awesome that I have such a good friend and coach who is willing and able to take time away from his busy days at work and evenings with his family (Rachel Doman Filippini) to help get not just our team ready, but also gets me ready. I seriously couldnt do it alone. I get a lot of credit for supposedly being some sort of great offensive coach, but Tim deserves an equal amount of credit. He will never ask for thanks or credit, and most probably dont realize what he does, but again i do And I definatly appreciate and will always give him his just dues.
