I have to give kudos to Alaska Airlines.. Our flight home was cancelled due to airline error. They put us up in a 5 star all inclusive resort for the night paid for our taxi to and from airport, booked us a new flight for the next day.. Gave us 12.00 each for lunch while at the airport.. And I just received a email this morning before I could even call customer care and we have 2 free flights! I have to say awesome customer service I didnt even call them to complain yet! Excellent customer service! I recommend Alaska Air to everyone! Good job!
