I have to laugh. It is a freezing cold morning. I have four contractors to feed, so comfort food on night like this will be is the best. Big, succulent lamb shanks in tomatoes and herbs are on in the slow cooker and Ill probably make a potato and kumara bake and veggies out of the garden to go with it. Then... I get a phone call from one of our rafting clients. he is bringing out 15 people who will go white water rafting in less than an hour. I mean... !!!!! Then he makes the ultimate offer by saying, There is room for one more Heather, come on - you cant sell the trip by not experiencing it. Oh yes I can Peter lol! I have a very active imagination! Ill even re-enact it in my mind - in front of the fire!
