I have to leave my room in Hamra and my lovely flatmates are looking for a replacement. The room is spacious, fully furnished with AC and access to a big balcony. The flat is very big, with fully equipped kitchen (with its own balcony), a very spacious living room with AC and access to the balcony, a big bathroom with a bathtub and a smaller one. It has 3 big bedrooms (including mine) and a smaller one, two corridors and a lot of storage space. We have wifi and washing machine. The flat is located at the forth floor of a recently renovated building with elevator and concierge at the corner between Sadat and Kalaa Street, near LAU lower gate. Both the flat and the building have 24hr electricity. The room is available from September 1, but the move-in date is negotiable if you need it earlier.
