I have to make an admission, I voted for Barack Obama the first time he ran. Id like to apologize to America for doing it. This guy is perhaps the single most divisive president in history. I know its been a while since I took a Civics class, but last I recall, the Executive Branch of government does not make laws, the legislature does. I know that some people have lost faith in government, but I havent. If you had told me 30 years ago that we would have gay marriage, I would have said youre crazy, but the will of the people won out and most of the states have gotten it right in my opinion. I believe that given time, some sort of compromise would have been reached on immigration, but this power drunk self righteous moron simply doesnt have the faith in the US people that I do. History will prove what a shit choice this guy really was and Im truly sorry about that, because I truly hoped for better. Rant over.
