I have to say 90% of all law enforcement Ive encountered have been pleasant and seemed level headed. But Ive never been a suspect either. There needs to be some sort of testing for officers (prior to assignment) to see what their threshold for violence is, there are ways to tell if someone has a violent personality or not. Theres a HUGE difference in protecting and serving, and losing your cool / and inflicting pain after someone is already immobilized, Law enforcement are people just like the rest of us, there are level headed people, and people prone to violence with short fuses. ITS NOT THE OFFICERS JOB TO PUNISH.
