I have to say something! Ive just received this Questionnaire after attending a Workshop at the Spring Convention. The email was sent from Ivor Davis and asked for a response to be sent to someone else. Everyones email was in the To box - I dont mind but some might get touchy about their address being shared in this way. The questions are a bit strange - what on earth does it mean by hive years? Then there are the Questions nearly next to the boxes - they want Yes/No answers yet the boxes say Low - High? Why not use Survey Monkey like the Eventbrite survey that was sent to all attendees? Better format, professional (!) and the data can be analysed properly.
