I have to say, sometimes I didnt think I would make it to this day, but now I can say it......I am 2 years seizure free !!!! I am a grandma now, so this is truly an exciting announcement for me to finally make as I have dealt with these things since the age of 13 on a regular basis. Some stages in my life have been much more difficult than others.....but I HAVE MADE IT !!!! The longest EVER since that dreadful first one that scared me so much I literally thought I was going to die !! I must say, I am truly truly blessed, as SO many people have been here for me, taking care of me when it was nearly impossible to even care for myself. Although there are FAR too many to list, I want to thank each and every single one of you for your patience and kindness. Im sure you all know who you are. I still deal with daily medications of course, and probably always will. I am not going to take it for granted that I will make that 2 & a half year mark....or even the 3 year mark.....but I can sure as heck hope !!!!
