I have to say that the past few weeks have been some of the most challenging times Ive ever had at work. Ive gotten to know someone that most would see as an impossible case. I along with other staff spent many LONG hours with this individual and were able to see them grow and change drastically. The challenge never ended, even until the last day of their stay, but I cant stop thinking about how honored I was to be part of this individuals rehabilitation. I learned so much from this person, and they have truly taught me how to be a better staff, mentor and friend. Thank you to all the staff that supported me through all my frustration. I truly work with an amazing team. Continue praying for this individuals continued healing and rehabilitation.
