I have to share part of my day with you because this is HUGE for me. I vacuumed, did laundry including the bedding (which is my least favorite job!), swept, and did the dishes. While that might not sound like a big deal to you, it was a big victory for me. BECAUSE, I did it without a single moment of anger and only the slightest moment of overwhelm. That hasnt happened without anti depression meds in YEARS!! So, if you have depression and/or OCD, there is HOPE! I credit it to what Jesus is doing through the Freedom From Emotional Eating study.
