I have to vent, so I ordered something online from Walmart Canada, I picked standard shipping, they gave me an estimated delivery date of today, but put in their confirmation email that they would send update emails as the order progressed to processing, shipping, etc. I called today as 6 days had past and I still hadnt got a processing email (meanwhile I was originally expecting to have it delivered today.) I was informed that I shouldnt have called for at least two more days and that was just an estimate....every other company gives you a date and it is within 3-5 business days of ordering. I think Walmart needs to update their online ordering tool to be reflective of the actual date that they really expect the item to be delivered, or is it really just me who expects this from a company since everyone else can do it. Dont think I will order from here again!
