I have travelled to many cities in India and a few in Africa, West Asia, Taiwan and Philippines amongst other countries..... As rightly pointed out by the video, none of the Indians - without any exception irrespective of his/her residency in a Metro or a town - show any concern for the ambulance siren as against even the Africans (I can hear the murmurs from many Indians). I have met the worst African officials but they still follow the traffic rules far better than Indians ...... Its a shame on us our value system .....
