I have unfortunate news to announce; we will not be getting either The Fault in Our Stars or Edge of Tomorrow on opening weekend. We tried to get the winner of our Facebook poll, TFIOS, but 20th Century Fox didnt have enough copies so that we could get it this Friday. We tried going with our second choice, Edge of Tomorrow, so that we could at least get yall a new movie. As bad luck would have it, Warner Brothers turned us down on that movie as well. While this news is disappointing, I assure you that we at the theatre are in the same boat since we have employees that were looking forward to those movies. Things like this are why Cole adds the disclaimer, (we hope), on our websites list of coming soon. Theres a very good chance that we will be getting TFIOS and/or Edge of Tomorrow in two weeks time. We hope that you bare with us and wait to see them here at The Howard Theatre. We will be showing another movie this weekend that we didnt get when it opened, Neighbors, starring Zac Efron and Seth Rogen.
