I have updates :) Chelsies bile leak seems to be resolving itself! She is now able to move from the ICU to a normal room.. Yay!! She also go the okay to be wheeled over to Childrens to see Taterbug :) The doctors are happy with Taytens progress as well. He has been having withdrawals from the sedation/pain meds which is giving him the shakes and itchiness. They have been giving him anxiety meds for this and it has been helping. Tayten is on the grumpy side today. He always has high spirits while in the hospital, so we know he is just having a blah day. Luckily, good things are happening for him today. They are removing one of the two JP drains from his stomach. This is painful and requires a few stitches so they are giving him morphine and a little sedation med. They are also removing the NG tube from his nose. We are waiting to see if they are going to let him have clears after. He has been whining for food since yesterday so we are hoping they think its okay. They also removed the big bandages from his stomach. It looks so good! His belly looks so much smaller! And no feeding tube button! It was put in when he was 11 months, so he has had it for over 5 years. So crazy to see it gone! I will let you know how the rest of the day goes for our rockstars :)
