I have used chicken leg quarters coz I had them at home. Boneless chicken chunks can also be used. Now lets see the recipe. Ingredients: Chicken Leg Quarters - 2 / Boneless chicken - 200 gms Yogurt - 2 tbsp Thick cream - 1/4 cup Grated cheese - 2 tbsp Ginger & garlic paste - 1 tsp Minced green chillies - 2 Ground cardamom - 1 tsp Ground cumin - 1/4 tsp Ground pepper - 1 tsp Lemon juice - 1 tsp Salt - as per taste Olive oil - 1 tbsp Procedure: 1. Prepare a marinade with yogurt, cream, cheese, ginger garlic & chillies paste, all the ground powders, salt and lemon juice. 2. Make a few incisions on the chicken pieces and rub the pieces in the marinade and leave it in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours. 3. When ready to cook, take the chicken and leave it on the counter for half an hour to ensure even cooking. 4. Brush the non stick pan with oil n put all pieces in it & put on stove on low flame till 30 min till chicken gets tender and juicy 5. Cook each piece separately in grill pan for 25-30 minutes till the top browns a little 6. In one pressure cooker put all the juices, oil and masala tht was left in a chicken pan putt 10-11 small potatoes with skin with one spoon chat masala & give a whistle of 5-6 min😜 Serve hot bake potatoes & malai tikka with mint chutney, ketchup and a salad!!!
