I have used your products for years and I have always been more then happy with the quality of the goods. Unfortunately this morning, when I opened a bag of your self raising flower for the first time after purchasing it I found it to be infested with small insects crawling all over the interior of the bag. After my shock I opened another fresh bag to find the same infestation of small bugs. Please find photos below as proof, also I have videos to show you with the same bugs in movement. I am looking forward to hearing what can done about this as I have never found this EVER in any other product I have used. Kind regards, Jade Donnelly.
