I have visited so many airports already. I have seen our NAIA Toilets and I have compare our airport toilets to Hong Kong; Singapore; Las Vegas; New York. I have visited Penang Malaysia and they have clean airport toilets. If Secretary Abaya and Mar Roxas cannot clean the Toilet Mess how can they run for public office next elections? I believe it is budget management and hands-on management that is a problem. Take it from me---as Personnel & Building Administrator before; I have to clean the toilet (personally) to know the problems of the Janitor and Janitress that clean it. I have to pay the water bills so that I can monitor the water consumption per toilet. I have to inspect the toilet and monitor the toilet paper and the manage the inventory for it. It takes an honest public servant to give an honest public service.
