I have worked retail the weekend before Christmas and it blows, but you do your job. It is your job. If I ask if you have something do not just grab the item you deem closest to what I want, shove it in my hand and direct me tell me where the end of the line is. I know where the line is. I know what I asked for. I know it is not what you gave me and I know I sure as hell dont like things shoved at me. This is supposed to be such a happy time, but I feel it brings out the worst in some people. :(
