I have written a letter to the president of Verizon Wireless - TopicsExpress

I have written a letter to the president of Verizon Wireless telling him that if there are not changes made which will no longer require veterans to verify their discounts, I will leave Verizon. Believe it or not, it is cheaper for them to get their I.T. guy to segregate the vets from others in the discount database, and stop requiring verification from us than it is to lose even one of us and continue doing business as usual. My discount status will not change until I am dead, at which time I will no longer be interested in it. If Verizon wishes to keep asking vets to verify even though is will cost them money, then they will be asking vets other than myself. If somehow a light goes on at the top and a VIP understands that is better to change than lose money, then to all my fellow vets you are welcome, and from someone who really means it- thank you for your service. If not, they are too disrespectful for what we have done to have our business. Move on.
