I havent posted a lot as of late ...at least not about anything that is relevant to the IMsBB title. And its not because that isnt a part of me, or that it doesnt matter ... because it does. Its just that Im processing what happens when everything comes to an end ... and what has to happen next along that journey. At points fairly early in our journey, I remember having people say that we picked quite the time to carry the title and that our burden was heavy. We did face some unique challenges as a team, but you know ... our challenges werent harder, they were just ours. Every titleholder will have challenges - thats what causes the growth most people notice at the end of a year. You are forced to adapt, you are forced to move onward, and you are forced to forget about the things that dont matter so you can focus on what does. I changed. I pushed ahead when the road was hard, I pulled off the road when I couldnt see for storms, and I learned to accept help when I needed a guide. I learned to stand on my own when it mattered, I learned to fight the battles worth fighting, and I learned to ask the questions that needed asking. I learned that life is no longer a game of pleasing people (except my Mister and my Daddy), its about being absolutely true to myself and letting those who love me accept all of me, even the parts that drive them crazy. I have over 100 monkeys (2 are as tall as me), I love pink everything (truly everything), my voice is squeaky, I am a crazy cat lady, I nearly pee my pants at scary movies IF you can get me to look at the screen. I love with everything I have, Id give you the shirt off my back if you needed it, I am loyal, Im a ginger, and I am funny (even if only because Im a clutz). I am bella, IMsBB 2013 and it has been my privilege to serve.
