I hear a lot of people complain about A European Education System, and discourage higher learning and a college education. This is disappointing for me to hear. Reason being; we live in America. If we want to be successful in this society and economy we must learn the ways of this world, and master them. Are there some who become successful without a trade or college degree, a few, but that number is very low. One can attend an American college and still learn about their ancestry, and African American studies if they so choose. Not to mention self-study. College is more than just academics, its the experience. It prepares one in so many ways to interact in life. Your brain grows, you learn how to think crirically, when you apply yourself. Most importantly you learn a lot about yourself. Studies show that those without a degree make far less money than those with a degree. College takes dedication. Are you built for it? Dont allow anyone to discourage you, or your children from getting a higher education. Bachelors/Masters degrees before babies!
