I heard Janet Mbuguas discussion on Citizen TVs Monday Special, arguing that the definition of family should be changed from Father(Head), Mother and Children to something else because of the growing number of single parents....she didnt tell us how she wants the new family defined.........changing such a definition because of a phenomenon caused by a social dysfunction would be tantamount to institutionalizing such a dysfunction, we should instead be looking for ways of solving such a dysfunction rather than embracing and accepting it.
