I heard a speaker say that 85% of Americans dont feel fulfilled from their job. That idea really stuck with me. I work at a coffee shop full time while I do Beachbody coaching part time and after an 8 hour shift on my feet I feel drained, unappreciated and like a robot going through the motions. But once I get my workout in, drink my shake, and start doing some Beachbody work, I feel rejuvenated by the energy shift in my mind and body. I feel like I accomplished something meaningful and aligned with my purpose. I believe its vital to find work that makes us feel fulfilled.
