I heard over the radio that people like to use the social media to talk about their complaints instead of going to the source of the problems. Those who have this idea have shallow thoughts and are not open. The three reasons for people to complain over the media are :- 1) there is no channel for us to voice our complaints. 2) we like to share the problem with our friends so that they will not make the same mistake that we did and they would be more conscious or careful. 3) The person or persons who were the main cause of the problem refused even to listen to us and had closed all doors for a reconciliation and solution of our problems. My question is " Can anyone advise me on a better alternative on how to solve my problem I had posted in my facebook ? " Have a nice day!
