I heard that our water/sewer bill will be increasing $3 per month. Dont know if this is correct or not. $3 doesnt sound like much to most people but if you are on a fixed income and you add the increase in grocery cost, gas prices, insurance going up and increased cost of medicines that $3 will mean someone not eating as well or not taking medications they need. And while I am venting, I hate those large garbage cans. I have to sit my out in front of my house (which looks so trashy) because they are too large to go in my single car garage and I do not have a back entrance. They are very difficult for elderly to handle and move. Why cant we have some smaller cans.
