I hereby call for the resignation of the Minister for Finance Mr Michael Noonan on the charge that he has Illegally formed and is Trading in a Private Limited Company that is not meeting its legal obligations. This Company has not adhered to the legal requirements of this country or the EU. Full disclosure of these facts has been withheld from the Dáil and the people of Ireland and as such his seat in Dáil Éireann is not tenable. People of Ireland, we have been told that ministers cannot say they will not pay their water charges as they must comply with all taxes and laws to hold their seat. It follows therefore if this company Irish Water is non compliant with the laws and taxes then its beneficial owner cannot be a member of the dáil. As the Minister for Finance and another Minister have taken ownership of Irish water they MUST resign. I think I have that right by all means anyone pick up this torch.
