I hide ads and unfollow on Facebook very liberally. In June, I began to unclutter my life by kicking talk radio out of my life and replacing it with silence or educational/inspirational podcasts. I *try* to keep my working hours 9 to 5-mindless-Facebook-surfing-free (although I do use it for some of my side income streams). Hiding ads and unfollowing people that I dont regularly interact with (or people who are toxic) has been a game changer for me.
