I hijacked my own schedule today to go fix a friends daughters PC - TopicsExpress

I hijacked my own schedule today to go fix a friends daughters PC that was not able to connect to the internet. Its funny that now and days kids must be able to submit their homework online. Of course, this also permits techno saavy parents to keep tabs on whether their kids ACTUALLY DO their homework which can be a boon. Anyhoo...I was a little early so I decided to stop by LUCKY STAR CAFE to get some breakfast. I tried to order something but I was told that pretty much everything I was asking for was in the NUMBER ONE menu option with the addition of toast. I said okay then...give me the NUMBER ONE. After paying, I receive my queued ticket and it was #13. I though it funny since that was my LUCKY number...forgot the further irony of the place being called LUCKY STAR. On my way out, I noticed a California Lottery vending machine. I thought Id try a $10 one of which there were several. Didnt know which one to go with so I choose NUMBER ONE...Got my money back plus $90.
