I honestly dont think the worst thing the never-to-be-sufficiently damned Bush/Cheney gobshites did was the actual torture. Torture has been around since time immemorial, and it damn near never works. After a certain point the victim will say anything to get it to stop, and no one is pleased but the sadists who actually do it. No, what the crapheads pushing money to their pet corporations, and sucking both Saudi & Koch dick did was far worse. They took away our standing as The Good Guys. As a soldier in the US Army, I knew, as did we all, that we were the good guys. We did not rape, or steal, or kill non-combatants if we could possibly avoid it. And if the sickos among us did, we tried to prosecute them Often failed, but we tried. We tried to re-build, or indeed build new facilities, the medics on our Special Forces teams were supposed to try to take care of the locals, we gave fricking candy to the local kids if we could. Cheny, the slimy bastard & Bush his play-stupid boss, took that away. We now torture. Just like every 2 cents a doze ISIS shithead, or Yemeney dickless wonder, or street level imam proscribing lashes or stoning. We are the barbarians we feared. We are no better than the gutter slime we oppose. We can do this the easy way. Just leave the two pieces of shit with me and a couple of the other old soldiers who found ourselves stained by the ignorant arrogant corrupt crap. I promise we wont even torture them, and we will remember to flush.
