I hope I am wrong and I look forward to eating crow. My heart, of course, wants the Lions to win. My head, however, gives me this check list for the game: 1. An already ineffective O line without a its starting center will have Stafford rushed into bad decisions all day. We say what we say about Riola, but hes the best we have at that position. 2. Our D line will play great, but when they do let things by, our secondary will blow coverage and give up many first downs. 3. Slay will commit at least one pass interference to give up long yardage. 4. 3rd and long defense will have me screaming at the TV. 5. Stupid penalties. I also see them keeping GBs offense on the field when Lions should have have taken over. Can they win? Yes. Absolutely. I have hope. If this team plays only to the potential of each players ability, we can tear the Packers up. My biggest concern is the O line. Get that right and we will overcome all mistakes to win. Either way, I predict a 20-17 final score.
