I hope all my friends will open their minds and listen to this. I grew up on the east side of Pasadena. My family was the only black family on the block most of my life. My mother told me the neighbors took a vote to decide if it was ok for my family to move there. I was only 3 yrs old. When school bussing began I was punked, by the black girls that lived on the west side but went to school on the east side, for not being black enough! The next time you question how misled, mischievous and angry black people can be, please understand many of us are still trying to figure out where we fit in. You may not get it, but at least open your mind to another perspective.
