I hope everyone enjoyed todays meeting! I just wanted to announce some IMPORTANT upcoming deadlines. 1. Please make sure you give me, steffi, Mr. Steinhauser, Mrs. Read, or Mrs. Bowman your forms for Fall State! These forms are the Fall State Parent Permission Form and the OCSA Off Campus Permission Form. The absolute most important one is the Parent Permission Form. Please physically hand it to one of the five people mentioned above or, if you have it completed, just email a copy so we can print it out! The Off Campus Form is mainly for OCSA specificaly but it is still very important to have done. You do not need to fill out the teacher signatures! Please hand in AT THE VERY LEAST the Fall State Permission form by tomorrow. The Off Campus Form needs to be handed in ASAP (aka before November 15th) 2. Payment. You all need to pay for Fall State too. This was also in the email. Go to ocsarts.net/jsa and make the payment. If the link does not work, make a check out for $110 to Junior Statesman Foundation Note: Those three that I registered late must pay $125! We need payments in by November 3rd. 3. Taxes. Please please please do not forget to pay taxes too if you are going to a convention. These are mandatory for attending conventions. They can be paid at the same place as Fall State payments. They are $10. This is due by the convention date November 15th but do not procrastine please :) Thanks guys. I do not want us to miss deadlines.
