I hope everyone had a very Happy Thanksgiving! Since I did not participate in the 30 days of what I am thankful for, I have made my 30 things I am most thankful for list - this is in no certain order as its impossible to put everything in order from greatest to least: 1. My first born pride & joy – Austin. I love you & could not imagine life without you 2. My second born pride & joy – Shawn. I love you & you make me so happy 3. My parents. I would not be where I am today without them 4. My grandmother, Nona. Although she’s no longer here, she will always be with me 5. My brother, Mike and Susan, Christian & Zada – always have and always will be there for me 6. My job – thank you Luminex Corporation – It’s a great company 7. My house – the fact it is mine and we will always have a roof over our head that is OURS 8. Larry – takes good care of us, loves and protects us 9. Rebekah and her family – we were brought together for special reasons 10. The fact I will be a grandmother in May 11. Melissa – my best friend. You are an amazing person and I am so lucky you’re in my life 12. Christina – my best friend. You’ve always been by my side – forever & ever 13. My awesome friends – oh so many to list! You make me laugh, you put up with me through good times and bad. You’ve been there for me and I only hope you feel the same. THANK YOU! 14. My extended family – aunts, uncles, cousins, friends close enough to be family – I could not ask for better. 15. Coupons. Period. Enough said 16. The girls – Binky, sweet pea and piper. Unconditional ‘make me crazy’ love 17. The overall fact that I have never gone without. Even in rough times, friends & family have made sure I was taken care of 18. My co-workers (well most of them haha) you’re a great bunch to work with! 19. Coffee. (Does this need further explanation?) 20. Memories – ahhhh, there sure are some GREAT ONES! And many more to come. 21. Laughter: Not just my own, but of others. Hearing people laughing just makes me smile 22. Giving – to others who need. Because you never know when you will need yourself and you hope others will do the same as you did. 23. Smiles – it’s amazing what one (or multiple) can do 24. “I love you.” Those 3 little words that mean that much 25. Candy Crush – OK this one I am kidding. But it’s fun 26. Freedom – and those who protect this for us (past, present and future!) 27. The future – so many wonderful, great things to look forward to 28. Technology – phones to keep in touch, washers & dryers to not have to hang clothing outside, dishwashers, computers, cameras…the list goes on & on 29. My FAMILY. Related or not – I am thankful for you 30. MY LIFE. There have been some rough times, but I’ve got it GREAT!
