I hope everyone had an amazing christmas 🎄. We certainly did. I well and truly over indulged. I ate drank and got very merry. After the best news and present we received, Tuesday at Walton . But the reigns and muzzle are back on. While the news was a great boost and massive step forward. The reality is, I still have cancer and my type can develop into a high grade tumour at anytime. Cancer doesnt have a day off, so neither can I. What this has shown me, is that my diet, health ,fitness and positive mindset have bought me more time and has given me the upperhand in this fight. There maybe no miracles with my type of tumour , but I truly and honesty believe I can beat this and I can be one of those miracles. So back to my daily health routine this morning. Huge thankyou for all the messages of support and the help you have given memy family and friends. You have helped me to overcome dark days and inspire me to keep moving forwards. You have helped me to reach others in a similar situation . I have had private messages from all over the world , asking for tips , advice and we have shared our ideas and experiences. I believe there is no 1 cure for cancer but a number of things all used together to help destroy it. Right .... Im off to write my blog, which is well over due. Enjoy the rest of the Festive period with your loved ones . Cherish your time and live for today . Behind the dark clouds the sun still shines bright xx
