I hope its ok to post this here... After repeatedly getting stuff on my wall from well-meaning friends sharing apparently reasonable (or sometimes semi-unreasonable) posts from a right wing organisation known as Britain First, I decided that enough was enough... I set out to educate my friends while making it clear that if they did support the aims and ideals of this group, that I was no longer prepared to have them as my friend... Without wishing to force anyone to accept or support my stance on this matter (we hopefully live in free countries, or at least wish to) can I request that anyone who does oppose hatred please follow suit... it may only be a small, easily ignored gesture, but drops of water turn mountains into valleys eventually... Im going to post my usual response to someone posting a BF post as a comment; please feel free to copy and paste, edit or otherwise use it as you please...
