I hope one day Chicken Tenders go the way of Craft Beer. Imagine each town having their own craft chicken tender place, some towns will have many, some good some bad, Chicken Tender House, CT 24, Urban Tenders, The Tender Place,...people will take notice to the craft chicken tenders. We could start a magazine Chicken Tender Advocate (CT Advocate), everyone can get cool instagram names like @tendertrader or @CTlover. People will buy little kits to make CTs at home, with specialty breading and spices. We could set up a nation wide trade where you could get CTs that were made 2000 miles away. Imagine enjoying some that a dude made in his garage, you could be at the CT bar telling everyone all about it, asking people if they ever tried It, Of course they didnt have it, the dude only made a dozen. We could start a rating and tasting system. Sauces, think of all the amazing home brewed sauces people will make. Butterscotch Banana Mustard, Vanilla Cream tartar, ghost pepper ceviche mango cream. Tender Tours, Tender Takeovers, Tender Tee shirts.. Agh.. But who knows..Part of me doesnt think the world is ready. but ill still dream. At night I close my eyes and Im right there in one of those towns, in fact all of you are, laughing and carrying on over craft CTs, making life worth living. i invite you to do the same.
