I hope you all wont mind if I occasionally provide information other than updates on the BCD Chalice Lighter program. Word is that the General Assembly Planning Committee is looking for people to fill several key volunteer positions. There seems to be a lot of interest in doing an “empty bowls” fundraiser...selling donated handmade or hand-painted bowls at GA and possible doing a soup meal, but this requires a good coordinator to take on the project. I still need an Administrative Assistant to help me with organization pre-GA and run the Volunteer Office at GA; an Ambience Coordinator to handle the Banner Parade, banner management and other décor; and a Service Project Coordinator to manage the service project, including the empty bowls project if we do that.
