I joined a bipartisan majority of the House in voting to improve oversight of healthcare.gov. The Exchange Information Disclosure Act will require regular, detailed state-by-state breakdowns of information related to the operation of the healthcare.gov website and implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Southern Arizonans deserve certainty and accountability when it comes to their health care. That’s why I have continued to call for improvement to the security and operations of healthcare.gov. This will give Congress the data it needs for proper oversight and to make sure the law is working for everyone.
