I just cant believe this. Negligence at the highest level. This is an example of someone who will say anything to the voter to get into power. He put his own interests before that of the state which will now cost the Victorian taxpayer circa 1 BILLION in penalties for not building the East West link - which he new about all along. What does the taxpayer get as a result? Absolutely nothing. 1 billion is a hell of a lot of stamp duty, registration, payroll tax to be paid out which we receive no economic, social or environmental benefit from.... GRRRRRRRRRRRR.
