I just cant understand the antics of KFC Jamaica I have tried to talk with then to correct the problems, that was about a mouth ago they sent me a phone number that was incorrect Jamaica is about 7 numbers that was not even there phone number, we know that a phone number, local is 7 number and long distance is 10, area code 3 and if the number in the US , when we call outside or some US numbers we use a 1 plus the area code then the number, they finally sent me what may be a valid area code and number, I asked them for a contact persons name and possibly if needed a extension, its been about 2 weeks now and I still have not gotten a persons name or extension. I believe that they are just stalling me and they think I would just give up (Not True) I would like the extension number and a name to try to resolve 2 issues that I have to talk with them about, I also noticed if a person gos in the MoBay or Ocho Rios KFC and they may be a person of not much means the clerks treat them even worse, No matter what a person is wearing, or deciding what they would like to order they deserve, the same respect and curtiousy as any one else after all they are the customer and also spending money.
