I just did some light reading up on our new health care provider. I found this! It is from the Ïnsurancego web site We have over 2000 employees at our hospital, all paying Desjardins health coverage premiums. I need cancer medication, and they will eventually pay for it, but their strategy seems to be to drag the process out long enough that the claimant dies first. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with an insurance company. They have no right to be covering the health care providers of this province. All what they want is to be paid for insurances and when they have to pay for damages, they create problem and insurance goes up about 25% More! Even if the cause was not caused by the client. It is better to not enter in business with Dejardins, all what they do well is to charge you as much as they can and then if you need to contact them, they never have time All our customer representatives are busy... I am sick and tire of Insurance Dejardins As soon as I finish my present contract, i will leave them. Lee May 8, 2013 They are not a trustworthy company. They dont pay their claims. They run their claims department like a profit center. I have finally had to get a lawyer to try to get them to pay a legitimate claim. I had herd they were one of the worst and can confirm that from personal experience. jamshid April 15, 2013 it is a cheating company , not trustable , desjardins is a company that cheats the customer. if you become their customer with every request they will charge you in a way that your cost goes two much , and then you cannot stop because there is a high cancelation charge. it is a loss for customer , win for Desjardins deal.
