I just experienced the worst feeling ever! My child was missing. For approximately one minute, time stood still and accelerated all at the same time. I put Brynlee to bed in our room upstairs, in her baby bed because shes afraid in her room. 3 hours later, I come up to bed and check on her.. Its dark and I feel for her, the bed is empty. I check our bed. Nothing. I turn on the lights. Nothing. The room is spinning. I panic. I cant breathe or think. Im looking everywhere, frantic. I run downstairs and yell to Bryan that shes gone. We go in her room. Shes asleep in her big girl bed with no pillow! I immediately burst into tears and I cant feel my legs. I was literally weak in the knees and was shaking. I cant even imagine what that must feel like for parents who dont find the relief that I felt when I found her peacefully asleep in her bed. I feel sick to my stomach now. So I carried her up to bed with me :)
