I just finished a documentary about the history and truths of cannabis. Very fascinating documentary, I learned a lot here. Talks about how the oil industry, wood paper industry, and pharmaceutical industry did whatever they could to destroy the cannabis or hemp industry. Rockefeller, Andrew Carnegie, and Dupoint were threatened by the hemp industry as it was cheaper to obtain and could make clothes, paper, fuel for cars, and many other amenities. The treasury of state I believe did everything he could to destroy the hemp industry and promote oil usage through multiple lies about hemp in order to make millions of dollars. The documentary also debunks many of the old lies about hemp and talks about it numerous advantages to the brain and cancer alleviating properties. The government has been lying to its people for over a 100 years now for the sole purpose of controlling the markets at the expense of the environment and your own wallet. Hemp has been used as a medicine and tool to make supplies for 1000s of years until the industrial revolution and oil craze came along destroying hemps name worldwide.
