I just finished a quick yoga workout for an afternoon energy burst and am now feeling more energized. I had skipped my morning workout and my walk so I could get work done and you know what? My body was not happy at all. I felt tired and even though I was going through the motions of getting things done my body felt out of sorts. Got out into the backyard, got some sunlight then did 10 minutes of kundalini yoga. I can feel my body breathing a sigh of relief and saying: Thank you, that feels better.
