I just finished watching the Copenhagen episode of Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown. Wow. First off, hes a cocky guy, but I like him. He has just the right amount of attitude. Secondly, COPENHAGEN. I WANT TO GO TO THERE (said as Liz Lemon would) Thirdly, I have a crush. The show was specifically done there to showcase Chef Rene Redzepi and his restaurant NOMA. This guy is.......next level. Inspirational. Just...............do yourself a favour and watch it. Its on Netflix.
