I just got a beautiful letter from the Bode counselor thanking me for putting this video together and for sharing my story. Just recently our End the Stigma video was shown in all the middle schools for the SJSD suicide prevention program. After the showing, there has been a lot of powerful feed back. Im extremely proud of how much support this video has gotten and how many people it has helped. I hope that it continues to be a powerful message to those suffering in silence or to those that need to help a friend. As we all start to share our stories and as we stand together to end the stigma against mental health illness, we are slowly but surely making a difference.
