...I just got a call on my landline from a recruiter. I naturally answered as the Terminator, with: Who are you and what do you want?! With hesitation, she said, Well...Im so-and-so and I saw your resume on LinkedIn! :awkward laughter: Oh, Im so sorry, I proclaimed. I...well, I get a lot of annoying sales calls on this line. I didnt recognize the number and...sales people can be obnoxious! Yeah, well, we have a sales position, which we think youd be great for. :awkward laughter: It actually served as a great ice breaker and we laughed a lot! I think were going for drinks later... Who knows.
