I just got a sign from my grams that I know came from her. I told everyone I was not doing Thanksgiving this year, it was just too much for me. Well right before she died I promised her that I would be the glue that kept this family together and I would keep up the family traditions in her name. Well she showed me this morning that she heard me and is going to make me pull myself together for this family and keep up traditions. I got a letter in the mail to pick up our Thanksgiving basket with all the trimmings that I didnt sign up for, in my name, I also got a letter from the food stamp office stating that her foodstamps wouldnt be canceled until december. So it was like 2 things from her telling me that I am going to do Thanksgiving dinner and she is paying for it all. Thank you grams. I will do this for you since evidently you are sending me enough signs telling me that you expect me to keep my word, I will pull myself up and out of this bed and cook for our family in your honor on Thanksgiving and let everyone know it was you who provided the food so that we can get together and remember what we do have to be thankful for and it starts with being Thankful that I had you in my life for 35 wonderful years and I couldnt have asked for a better grandma, mother, or best friend and now you are an angel grandma to my Isabella in Heaven. I bet you are having a blast holding that baby and playing with her. Kiss her for me and grandpa too and let them know I love you all and miss you so much it physically hurts.
