I just got back from my favorite bakery. I was going to take a pic of the sun dried tomato & feta croissant I got my hubby for his b-day to share with you, but he ate it too fast! Anyway… there was a girl there cleaning.. spraying the counters that had the food on them! I kept trying to sneak a glimpse of the bottle.. but couldnt. So I went over to the barista station and asked what they clean with… VINEGAR! Hallelujah! I asked what the mix was, and they do 50/50 with water. I told her thats what I used to use but I found this organic cleaning concentrate that works better and its cheaper… and totally safe around food because its coconut and corn. (you can call poison control, its safe to consume… and the corn is non-gmo btw). So I showed her the 16oz full size bottle and said just 1/4 tsp makes 16oz of counter spray, and this bottle is equal to 24 GALLONS of vinegar.. because the 16oz bottle makes 48 gallons of cleaner! Imagine, 24 gallon bottles need to be produced.. thats recourses like water and plastic, that then need to be recycled or tossed into the landfill… or just one 16oz bottle of my stuff, for the same amount of cleaner. And you know the best part? It totally works. REALLY WELL. Shes using it right now in the bakery! YAY ME!! =D
